What payment methods do you support?
PayVia supports PayPal payments, which includes both PayPal balance and credit/debit cards. Your customers can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and more through PayPal.
How do I receive my payments?
Payments go directly to your connected PayPal Business account. There's no middleman holding your funds - you get instant access to your revenue.
What are the fees?
PayVia charges a small platform fee on transactions. Check our pricing page for current rates. Note that PayPal also charges their standard processing fees.
Can I offer both subscriptions and one-time payments?
Yes! You can create subscription plans (monthly, yearly) as well as one-time lifetime payment options. Mix and match as needed for your product.
How do I manage my subscribers?
Use the PayVia dashboard to view all your subscribers, their payment status, and manage their subscriptions. You can also export data to CSV or import existing subscribers.
What happens if a payment fails?
PayPal automatically handles payment retries for subscriptions. You can monitor payment status in your dashboard and take action if needed.
Do I need a PayPal Business account?
Yes, you need a PayPal Business account to receive payments. It's free to create and allows you to accept payments from customers worldwide.
Is PayVia secure?
